Eleven years ago, 91���� was founded on a singular, relentless mission: To enable the construction industry with tools that unlock substantial increases to productivity. As we celebrate our 11th anniversary, we are taking a moment to celebrate how far we’ve come while keeping our eyes firmly on the road ahead. This past year has added significant momentum to our journey, highlighted by our IPO and a continued focus on sustainable growth.

The Mission in Action: Safety, Security, Efficiency

Founded by contractors, our company is laser-focused on solving customers' problems, which include downed equipment, lack of visibility on the project and total cost of ownership for their machines, no understanding of spend on consumables, lost tools, stolen equipment and so much more. Our was built to solve the “quiet erosion” of the construction industry.

• Safety: By providing real-time coaching and "AI guardrails" through our advanced technology, we work to ensure every operator returns home safely.
• Security: Through our digital audit trails and our access control keypads, we’ve turned chaotic 1,000-acre sites into secure, transparent environments.
• Efficiency: By “digitizing the dirt” and consuming more than 6.4 billion data points a day, T3 helps our customers see a significant increase in overall productivity, proving that a connected jobsite is a profitable one.

A Historic Milestone: January 2026 IPO

A highlight of our 11th year was our January debut as a public company. While ringing the Nasdaq bell was a historic milestone, its true value lies in the opportunity it creates–allowing us to deepen our investment in the technology and people that are modernizing the American jobsite.

In March, we issued our first earnings report as a public company, delivering strong results that underscore our position as an industry leading fully integrated jobsite solutions provider.

Our commitment to excellence hasn’t gone unnoticed. This past year, we added significant honors to our growing list of accolades:

Growth is only meaningful if it creates opportunity. In 2025, we launched major regional and multistate footprint expansions that brought T3-powered solutions to brand-new markets.

These expansions are projected to create thousands of new jobs in the coming years. From technicians and engineers to sales and operations, we are building a workforce that is as diverse and rugged as the machines we move.
